Mesh Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Mesh doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Mesh doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
Mesh is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Mesh on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Mesh keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Your people and how they connect: names, pronouns, roles, love languages, usual nights, notes and HEARTS checklists.
- Dates and overnights, rituals and gift ideas.
- Agreements and their reviews.
- Safer-sex hub records: last test dates, testing cadence and whether a barrier agreement is current.
- Emotion check-ins, weekly check-ins, jealousy and compersion entries, conflicts and repair notes.
- Coping cards, chores and spending you log, and notes for therapy.
- Settings such as reminders, lock-screen wording and Weaver's tone.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Mesh doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Artificial intelligence
Weaver drafts calmer wording for a conflict in the Repair Clinic (a nonviolent-communication draft and repair prep) with Apple's on-device model; it needs Apple Intelligence on iOS 26, and every draft is editable. This runs on your device with Apple’s on-device model; your text isn’t sent anywhere for it.
Permissions
Mesh asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Mesh doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Mesh doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Mesh. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Mesh has no in-app purchases.
Children
Mesh isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone. Made for adults in consensually non-monogamous relationships, with a safer-sex hub and relationship reflection; not directed at children.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Console ▸ gear icon (Settings) ▸ Your data ▸ Delete all data erases every person, date, agreement and entry on this device, immediately. Deleting the app removes everything, including your settings. Deleting Mesh removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Mesh keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Mesh handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
