What can I do with Nepethene?

How do I get a daily reminder?
Go to Settings ▸ Daily reminder, turn on "Send me a line each day" and pick a time. iOS asks once for permission to send notifications. Each reminder carries that day's affirmation and is scheduled on your iPhone.
Where do I find my reflections?
After a breathing session you can pick a mood and add an optional note. Your reflections are listed under Favorites ▸ Journal, and in the reader of the affirmation they belong to.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen or Lock Screen, choose to add a widget, and pick Nepethene "Today's Affirmation". It shows the affirmation of the day and changes at midnight.
How do I share an affirmation?
Tap the share button next to an affirmation. Nepethene makes an image card of it, which you can send with the iOS share sheet.
Do I need an account?
No. Nepethene works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings ▸ Your practice ▸ Clear favorites, and Delete all journal notes. Single reflections can be deleted with a long press in Favorites ▸ Journal. Streak counts and reminder settings are removed when you delete the app. Deleting Nepethene from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage.
