What can I do with NEUROCADE?
- Quests: tasks, raw ideas and timed focus sessions.
- A focus and ritual timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island.

- The Rift: name dreaded tasks as monsters and collect clues about recurring worries.
- The Inner Zoo: log feelings as creatures, with coping cards and journal prompts.
- XP, badges and mystery boxes earned by using the app (nothing to buy).
- One optional gentle nudge a day at 6pm.
How do I turn the daily nudge on or off?
Open Settings from the gear on the Console and use "One gentle nudge a day". The first time, iOS asks for permission to send notifications. The nudge is one question at 6pm and never a count of what's left.
Why can't I see my timer on the Lock Screen?
When a focus session or ritual is running, NEUROCADE shows its timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. If it doesn't appear, check that Live Activities are allowed for NEUROCADE in iOS Settings. The timer inside the app works either way.
Why is there content I didn't add?
On first launch NEUROCADE fills each area with example entries so every screen has something to show. To start empty, use Settings ▸ Your data ▸ Delete everything. The built-in rituals, creatures and cards stay.
Where do the rituals and coping cards come from?
They are plain-language adaptations of widely published self-management practices. Settings ▸ Where these come from lists each source with a link that opens in Safari.
How do I see the tutorial again?
Settings ▸ How this works ▸ Replay the tutorial. Nothing you have logged is affected.
Do I need an account?
No. NEUROCADE works without signing in.
Where is my data kept?
On your device. We don’t have a copy, so we can’t recover it if you delete the app; keep your device backed up.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings ▸ Your data ▸ Delete everything clears your tasks, ideas, check-ins, focus sessions, Rift entries, Zoo encounters and journal answers, XP, badges and boxes. The built-in rituals, creatures and cards and your settings stay. Deleting NEUROCADE from your device removes what it keeps in its own storage.
