Yagrumo Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Yagrumo doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Yagrumo doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
Yagrumo is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Yagrumo on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: [email protected].
What stays on your device
Yagrumo keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Your name, region and display preferences.
- Contacts you add: name, role, phone, WhatsApp number, address, notes and photo.
- Appointments, questions for the doctor, photos of documents, voice notes and their transcripts.
- Medicines, dose history, prescriptions and recurring reminders.
- Your medical card: name, birth year, blood type, conditions, medicines, allergies, address and insurance.
- Home service jobs with photos and costs.
- A small summary (next appointment and two favorite contacts) kept for a Home Screen widget.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Yagrumo doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Services we use
These outside services receive data from Yagrumo to make it work. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.
- Apple (Speech Recognition)
- Turns a voice note into text when you tap "Transcribir grabación". What it receives: The audio of that voice note. The app does not require on-device recognition, so iOS may send the audio to Apple's servers to transcribe it. Only when you tap Transcribir grabación and allow Speech Recognition. - Apple (Maps)
- Finds the address of an appointment or contact and opens driving directions in Apple Maps. What it receives: The address text saved in the appointment or contact, sent to Apple Maps search. Only when you tap for directions. Privacy policy: apple.com.
Permissions
Yagrumo asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Yagrumo doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Yagrumo doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Yagrumo. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Yagrumo has no in-app purchases.
Children
Yagrumo isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Ajustes (the gear on Hoy) ▸ Tus datos ▸ Borrar datos y reiniciar erases contacts, appointments, medicines, medical history, photos, recordings, reminders and preferences. Copies already in Calendar or shared elsewhere stay there. Deleting Yagrumo removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Yagrumo keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email [email protected]. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Yagrumo handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
