Who we are

AbleDay is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use AbleDay on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.

What stays on your device

AbleDay keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:

We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.

Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.

Services we use

These outside services receive data from AbleDay to make it work. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Rork Toolkit (AI gateway)
Forwards Ask AbleDay's requests to Google Gemini. What it receives: Your message, recent coach messages and the training summary, sent under our key with no account or device ID, plus normal request data such as your IP address. Only after you allow Ask AbleDay, and only when you send it a message. Under Rork's own policy.
Google (Gemini 3.8 Flash)
Writes Ask AbleDay's answers, workout suggestions and revisions. What it receives: Your message, recent coach messages and the training summary. Only after you allow Ask AbleDay, and only when you send it a message. Under Google's own policy. Privacy policy: policies.google.com.
Apple (Apple Health)
Lets AbleDay read your workouts, weight and body fat, and save finished AbleDay workouts, if you allow it. What it receives: Finished AbleDay workouts with their type, time and estimated active energy, only if you turn on Save workouts to Health. This stays in Apple Health on your device; we don't receive it. Only if you connect Apple Health or turn on Save workouts to Health. In Apple Health until you delete it there. Privacy policy: apple.com.

Artificial intelligence

Ask AbleDay, the coach that explains your plan, revises today's workout and suggests library workouts. It uses Google (Gemini 3.8 Flash) through Rork Toolkit (Rork's AI gateway). It’s off until you choose to use it. When you use it, this is sent: Your message and recent coach messages, plus a training summary: goals, equipment, movement limits, this week's plan, your 8 most recent workouts (including Apple Health imports), and if you use them your comeback phase, last 7 days of pain check-ins and body-fat progress. Not your name. The service generates the answer and may keep request records under its own policy. Don’t include anything you wouldn’t want processed this way.

AI-generated text can be wrong or incomplete; see the Terms of Use.

Permissions

AbleDay asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

What AbleDay may ask for, and why
PermissionWhy
Apple Health (read)To read your workouts, weight and body fat so other workouts count toward your plan and your body progress stays up to date.
Apple Health (write)To save the workouts you finish, with estimated active energy, so they count toward your Activity rings.

Tracking, ads and analytics

AbleDay doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.

AbleDay doesn’t show ads.

It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.

Accounts

There are no accounts in AbleDay. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.

Purchases

AbleDay has no in-app purchases.

Children

AbleDay isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. A training app for adults; injury guidance defers to a physio or doctor.

How long data is kept, and deleting it

Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: You › Data › Start over › Erase all data deletes your plan, workout history, check-ins and settings on this device, and turns Ask AbleDay's permission off. Workouts AbleDay saved to Apple Health stay in the Health app; delete them there. Deleting AbleDay removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.

Rork Toolkit (AI gateway): Under Rork's own policy.

Google (Gemini 3.8 Flash): Under Google's own policy.

Apple (Apple Health): In Apple Health until you delete it there.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because AbleDay keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
