Parked for the Night Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Parked for the Night doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Parked for the Night doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
Who we are
Parked for the Night is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Parked for the Night on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Parked for the Night keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- The spot you chose, the mix for each spot, your saved blends and your sleep timer settings.
- Your note for tomorrow, if you write one.
- These are kept in the app's settings on your device and may be included in your device backups.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Parked for the Night doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
Parked for the Night doesn’t ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts or other protected information.
Tracking, ads and analytics
Parked for the Night doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Parked for the Night doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Parked for the Night. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Parked for the Night has no in-app purchases.
Children
Parked for the Night isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Clear your note in Mixer ▸ A note for tomorrow ▸ Clear, and delete a blend by swiping it left in Presets. Deleting the app removes everything it saved. Deleting Parked for the Night removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Parked for the Night keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Parked for the Night handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
