Qué Drama Privacy Policy
In short
- Data not collected. Qué Drama doesn’t send your personal information to us or to anyone else. What you enter stays on your device.
- No tracking and no ads. Qué Drama doesn’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites and doesn’t show ads.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services are built in.
- No account: you don’t sign in, and we don’t know who you are.
- Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Who we are
Qué Drama (“Qué Drama: Learn Spanish” on the App Store) is published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use Qué Drama on your iPhone or iPad. Questions: support@marketgence.com.
What stays on your device
Qué Drama keeps these on your device, in the app’s own storage that other apps can’t read:
- Your episode progress, story choices, endings found and each character's trust.
- Your collected word cards and their review schedule.
- Your daily XP, streak and gossip answers.
- A small summary for the Home Screen widget (streak, today's XP and one collected word), kept in a container shared only with the widget on the same device.
- Settings: read-aloud, voice speed, translations, haptics, daily goal, reminder times, and the AI practice switch, consent and server address.
We don’t receive this information and can’t see it.
Like other app data, it may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or a computer backup) if you use them.
What leaves your device
Nothing that identifies you. Qué Drama doesn’t send your personal information to us or to third parties. In App Store terms, the app’s privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
Permissions
Qué Drama asks for these only when you use the feature that needs them. You can change your answer at any time in the Settings app.

Tracking, ads and analytics
Qué Drama doesn’t track you: it doesn’t link information about you with information from other companies’ apps, websites or data brokers, and it doesn’t use an advertising identifier.
Qué Drama doesn’t show ads.
It has no analytics or crash-reporting services. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may share crash reports with us; Apple doesn’t include your identity.
Accounts
There are no accounts in Qué Drama. You don’t sign in or give us your name or email address.
Purchases
Qué Drama offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases through Apple’s App Store. Apple processes the payment and knows what you bought; we don’t receive your name, email address or payment details. The app checks what you’ve bought on your device with Apple’s StoreKit. Apple’s Privacy Policy applies to the purchase.
Children
Qué Drama isn’t directed at children under 13, and it doesn’t collect personal information from anyone. Qué Drama is made for a general audience of Spanish learners. It isn't directed at children and doesn't ask anyone's age.
How long data is kept, and deleting it
Information on your device stays until you delete it. You can delete it in the app: Settings ▸ Reset progress and cards deletes your episode progress, choices, word cards, XP and streak on this device. Purchases are not affected. Deleting the app removes everything it saved. Deleting Qué Drama removes the information it keeps in its own storage on your device; copies in your backups remain until you delete those.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in the European Union, the United Kingdom or California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, and to object to how it’s used. Because Qué Drama keeps your information on your device, you can see, change and delete it in the app. To make a request or a complaint, email support@marketgence.com. You can also contact your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how Qué Drama handles information, we’ll update this page and its effective date, and list the change below.
