Qué Drama Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Qué Drama (“Qué Drama: Learn Spanish” on the App Store) (“the app”), published by Marketgence Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app. How we handle your information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your licence
The app is licensed to you, not sold. Your licence comes from Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) unless a different licence agreement is shown on the app’s App Store page. These terms add to that licence.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases in the app are made through Apple’s App Store, charged to your Apple Account and governed by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions. The price is shown before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you subscribed, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel them in Settings ▸ your name ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for. If a free trial is offered, you’re charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
One-time purchases stay with your Apple Account and can be restored on your devices with Restore Purchases.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue App Store refunds ourselves.
Also note
The story, its characters and the city of San Aurelio are fiction. Accents and regional expressions are simplified for learners.
AI practice is off by default, and Qué Drama provides no AI service in this version. The feature only works if you turn it on in Settings ▸ AI practice, agree to its consent screen and enter the address of a server you choose. Then the messages you type, the character's name and accent, your level and the words you have collected go to that server, which we don't run and don't receive data from. Speech scoring never uses it, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
Your content
What you create or enter in the app is yours. It’s stored on your device, so keep your device backed up if you want to keep it. You give us no rights to it beyond what’s needed to run the features you use.
Using the app fairly
Don’t misuse the app: don’t use it to break the law or harm others, don’t try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or the services it uses, and don’t copy, modify or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.
Other services and links
The app may use or link to services and websites run by others (see the Privacy Policy). Their own terms apply to them, and we aren’t responsible for them.
Changes to the app and these terms
We may update the app, change or remove features, or stop offering it. We may also update these terms; the effective date above shows when they last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, the new terms apply.
No warranty
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or that data won’t be lost.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you use the app as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
